Global Sea Ice Extent is 216,000 sq km above the 1981-2010 mean. Notice how much closer it is to the highest for the day than the lowest.

Off topic, but do you know why the DMI Arctic daily mean temperature chart is showing Sunday’s chart and labeling it Tuesday?
I guess that should be COI Arctic daily mean temperature chart.
Automation I think. Not uncommon for the data to not be updated … and then the graph grabs the old data.
