Some climate committee wants them to spend billions to deal with huge new increases in projected rainfall.

– how does one adapt to a projection? Walk round it to avoid poking your eye out?
I read recently (and will post on it soon) that homes and infrastructure around Puget Sound (Washington state) are threatened as the sea level “creeps up”. The creeps at city hall aren’t aware the water’s not going anywhere, but creeping down currently. These people live on a planet all their own – I wish they’d actually find their own somewhere – a few candidates exist around nearby stars.
