Sept 14th (Day 257) Antarctic Sea Ice Extent set an all time record (during the satellite era).

But Sept 15th (Day 258) also saw the 47th Daily Record of the Year for Antarctic Sea Ice Extent (even though it was the first ice loss in 9 days).
