Many AGW true believers dismiss “Global Sea Ice” as an unimportant metric. I’m guessing that in a couple of days it will become important to them.
- Global Sea Ice Extent is 164,000 sq km above the 1981-2010 mean. That is ranked 15 for the day.
- Antarctic Sea Ice Extent is 1,550,000 sq km above the 1981-2010 mean. That is ranked 1 for the day.
- Arctic Sea Ice Extent is -1,386,000 sq km below the 1981-2010 mean. That is ranked 33 for the day.
