The Green Line was in 2010. 2010 was the beginning of the 2012 Solar Cycle [#24]. 2014 is the end of the weak #24 Solar Cycle. I don’t expect the melting/freezing to follow the 2010 curve [Solar Cycle ramp up ->heating]. As the Ocean heat is dissipated, freezing will begin. My estimate is about 1 month early.
