In Lima, delegates demonstrated they are in a time warp, believing that there is an ever increasing melting of polar ice, which is causing dangerous sea-level rises threatening coastlines and tropical islands, and global warming is going to inflict hell and damnation.
It’s not that they are blind and can’t decipher the real world observational data on climate. It’s the fact that they have accepted as an article of faith that dangerous man-made global warming is happening and if action to limit CO2 emissions is not imposed, there will be irreversible adverse climate change. It’s like they are insisting a white sheet of paper put before them is actually black in colour.
And to think these are the sorts of people driving the global warming agenda! God help us!
Alarmists are so much embedded (career, reputation, funding and self money) in global warming scam that even with all Europe covered with 50 meter thick ice pack, they would continue to claim the same thing.
There is just enough “area under the curve of Solar EUV” to prevent the sea ice extent from exploding to 2 or even 3 standard deviations above “normal”. As the Ozone holes open and the Solar Cycle diminishes, what are we in for?????

Put an 11 year centered moving average through these numbers – Eyeballing it = I think you might see the peak of the 1000 year solar cycle at the low.
