Have you been keeping an eye on this? http://ocean.dmi.dk/arctic/meant80n.uk.php
Yes. Thanks.
Day 203–NH ice loss has remained at 47% of max for a week now.
Those with minimal melt:
Central Arctic still has 98% ice left
East Siberian Sea has gained back to 91%
Canadian Archipelago has gained back to 83%
Beaufort Sea has gained back to 76%
Chukchi Sea has gained back to 66%
Kara Sea has 61%
The Central Arctic is hardly melting, and the others key to the northern shipping routes have gained back from recent losses.
