  1. Interesting note: According to MAISE, Oct 3 Day 276 is first day of this freeze season that every region in the arctic had increased sea ice. There ought to be a term for that moment.

  2. The large extent of Antarctic sea ice in 2014 may be dismissed by warmists as a one-off extreme. However, I reckon the top 50 extents ever or the top 100 would probably include extents from 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2007. That might be a more powerful demonstration that Antarctic sea ice extent is not just a one-off to be dismissed but something that is happening in the 21st century.
