The Nino 3.4 index has been below – 0.5 C since August. A new La Nina should start officially (5+ months in a row below -0.5 C) in December, Also, oceans are cold almost everywhere, I don’t understand why the polar icecaps are so low. Perhaps a period of adaptation after the El Nino. Reply
