If the loss of Arctic sea ice is an imperative to thwarting climate change (because it acts as a natural sink to latent heat) then wouldn’t it make sense to enact a program of cooling the Arctic Ocean faster to speed extent and volume growth, say by dumping large quantities of dry ice into it?
We are with the cold “La Niña” this year and we hace the same ice and temperatures that with the hot “El Niño” of 2016. ¿What will happen With the next big “El Niño”

“large quantities?”
Like a chunk the size of Texas?
To what purpose?
Mankind can no more significantly alter the Earth’s climate than significantly alter the time the Sun rises and sets.
