NOAA shows the US with the West warm, Middle, average, and East Cool. They say it is warming???
Wow, just noticed a 3 year cycle since the year 2000 to 2012. Four peaks of February highs and four valleys of lows. Is that last “peak” [number 5], 2015, 33 degrees a part of this cycle? If so, what is next?
