This Hoosier can tell you that it is looking like a super year for the crops so far. Lots of field corn up to shoulder high on this six footer on the 4th.
Usually by this time of year the yard is starting to get brown but the grass is growing like it’s spring time. Cooler and wetter than normal here. Gone 9 consecutive days now with temps below normal.
Your graphs says “maximum.” I thought that maximums in most places haven’t gone up at all, and gone down in many places. Didn’t I read on this blog somewhere that the rise in minimum temperatures makes up more than 100% of the global warming?

OAA just recently started showing Max and Min as well as average. Most of the warming is in the minimums.
